Hey friend,
Okay, let’s just be real for a minute – how many times have you felt like you should have it all figured out by now? Like, you look around and everyone seems to be thriving, hitting milestones, glowing up… and you’re just over here trying to remember if you drank enough water today. (Relatable?)
First of all, you’re not alone. Seriously. That whole “figured out” thing? Total myth. Most of us are just doing our best, one messy, beautiful day at a time.

Now, don’t get me wrong – there’s nothing wrong with having goals, routines, or big dreams. But what we don’t talk about enough is the space in between. The part where you’re unsure, unmotivated, or just straight-up overwhelmed. And you know what? That space is still valid.
So what can we do when we’re in that in-between season?
Well, first – pause. Take a deep breath. You don’t have to fix everything right this second.
Next, let’s reframe. Instead of thinking, “I should have it all together,” try asking yourself, “What small thing can I offer myself today?” Maybe that’s drinking that water. Or texting a friend. Or finally booking that therapy session you’ve been putting off (wink wink, we’re here when you’re ready!).
Also – stop treating rest like a reward. You don’t need to earn your downtime. You’re allowed to just be.
That’s it.
With you,
Leah
Let’s grow through what we go through – together.
