Cancellation Policy

At The Inner Bloom Room Counseling PLLC, we are dedicated to providing quality counseling services and ensuring that our clients receive the attention and care they deserve. To ensure smooth scheduling and respect for both clients and therapists, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 

  • Appointment Cancellations. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client who may be waiting.

 

  • Late Cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a late cancellation fee of $25, unless due to emergency or extenuating circumstances, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. 

 

  • No-Show Policy. Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full session fee. This ensures that we can maintain availability for clients who are actively engaged in the counseling process.

 

  • Repeated Cancellations or No-Shows. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in the termination of services or a requirement to prepay for future sessions. 

 

  • Emergency Cancellations. We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation without penalty.
